QUICK-FIRE PROJECTS
We’ve been juggling multiple projects over the last few months that range in scope from small decor updates and outfitting to complete interior and exterior renovations. From a project that was inspired by owners who stopped by our showroom for a few items and ended up contracting us for a full decor refit to detailed renovations for repeat clients, our team is working around the clock to wrap up every aspect of these beautiful upgrades so our customers can get back out on the water!

72' Grand Banks Hard Times
Some projects come about via chance encounters, as was the case with this 72′ Grand Banks, whose owners were introduced to me by their broker, Niel Steenkamp of Worth Avenue Yachts, who brought them by our showroom to pick up a few items for their boat. A week later they returned and said they were ready to make more changes to this beautiful classically-styled yacht. They decided to change all of the yacht’s upholstery, bedding and stonework throughout and specified new indoor and outdoor accent pillows, glassware, towels, floor mats and accessories. We ordered all new custom bedding, changed the stateroom sconces, swapped out the bookshelf keepers from wood to chrome, incorporated new hardware and more. This was a very quick turnaround project that is now planned to segue into a full carpeting change and additional decor changes so stay tuned!
78' Ocean Alexander Rhythm N' Blues
These repeat clients returned for an update to their yacht, which we designed as a new construction in 2014. At first they were considering selling the yacht, but they loved it so much and it was so well maintained that they decided to just change out the soft goods. We met the boat at Marina Mile Yachting Center while she was getting new Seakeeper stabilization installed and are incorporating all new custom bedding, carpeting, upholstery, accent pillows and window treatments. Stay tuned to watch this space transform!
172' Yacht
Collaboration is key in so many projects and was definitely this case with this refit. This was an extensive project with a few fun details that involved multiple subcontractors. I’m so appreciative of these great carpenters, finishers, upholsterers, painters and stone contractors! For the design and build of a custom outdoor ottoman for example, we got creative and brought in multiple vendors to work on this one beautiful piece!
