112' Westport Yacht Refit Symphony
This beautiful yacht was purchased by experienced clients with contemporary tastes. They were familiar with the refit we did aboard theย Westport 112′ Hannah and used that design as a springing point from which we created a brief that focuses on contemporary yet casual elegance with a bit of transitional in the styling. The original Sapele woodwork creates a bit of a darker interior, but is so beautiful that the owners requested we incorporate it into the new lighter and brighter interior without covering all of it. We are changing out all of the LED lighting, adding a white headliner, bringing in a little bit of paint and incorporating some acrylic, resin, and leather panels as insets into the cabinetry. The materials will reflect the color palette of blacks, whites and soft golds. Stay tuned for more updates on this fun project!

Creation of a more contemporary interior began with removal of the curved cabinets and overhead soffits in the Main Salon.

VIP Stateroom & Head
In the VIP Head we have removed the tall linen closet to create a much larger vanity space equivalent to the Queen and Twin Guest Heads. But we won’t be losing precious storage as we be creating new linen space behind the TV cabinet. Stay tuned…

The Master Stateroom will have a custom adjustable platform bed. We are creating a makeup vanity on the port side and the walk in closet will have division for a locked owner’s section for charter.

Soundproofing the Guest Staterooms was of upmost importance to our clients so we immediately installed sound dampening material to the inboard walls of both the Queen and Twin Staterooms which will next get marine grade plywood then wallcovering so their guests may have a sound night sleep!
